Glazed tiles and Western-style tiles are generally produced using the glazing or dipping method. The glazing process should be quick, with a single application covering the tile surface to ensure a smooth, even, and glossy finish. The density of the glaze should be controlled between 1.5-1.7. It is important to clean the bottom thoroughly after applying the glaze. Western-style glazed tiles are fired in a single firing process. After firing, they can be baked in a coal-fired pusher kiln, which requires less investment, or in a tunnel kiln using an oxidizing flame. The single firing process for Western tiles involves drying and glazing the shaped blanks before directly firing them in the kiln, with a firing temperature of 1150-1200°C. Tiles that are not fully glazed can be stacked or leaned against each other.
