Glazed tiles and Western-style tiles should not only possess excellent inherent physical properties (such as resistance to bending and compression, water absorption rate, resistance to rapid temperature changes, and frost resistance), but the main inspection item is the appearance quality. The product appearance should be smooth and tidy, with bright and pure glaze color. When the tiles are assembled together, the glaze color should be basically consistent. The molding patterns should be neat and clear, and the product is allowed a tolerance of ±2mm in size, which meets the above requirements for qualification. If there are drawings and actual samples, they should be strictly inspected according to the standards. Glazed tiles also have some special inspection methods: for example, for flat tiles, four tiles should form a cylinder, i.e., 360°. When two tiles are combined, they should also form a cylinder.
