　　Application: PVC gas pipes are suitable for water supply and drainage, gas extraction, and ventilation in coal mine shafts. For gas extraction pipelines, materials with at least a 0.6MPa pressure rating must be selected, otherwise the pipes may collapse under vacuum (negative pressure). According to relevant safety regulations, UPVC pipes for coal mines are strictly prohibited from being used for conveying any gas at pressures above 0.1MPa. Liquid pressure testing should be used for UPVC coal mine pipes during testing, and gas testing is not allowed.

Cautionary Notes:

(1) PVC gas pipes offer many advantages, but their drawback is that they are less strong than steel pipes. Therefore, during installation and disassembly, it is crucial to prevent severe impacts to avoid damaging the pipes, fittings, or causing hidden cracks.

(2) The color of the PVC gas pipe is black. When exposed to the sun, the sunny side absorbs solar heat and the temperature rises rapidly, while the back side temperature rises slower, causing temperature difference stress and bending of the pipe. Therefore, it should be stored indoors and sunshade measures should be taken outdoors.
