IPN8710 anti-corrosion coating is a type of coating designed for the inner walls of water supply pipelines. It boasts numerous physical and chemical properties, making it highly suitable for anti-corrosion treatment of water supply pipelines.
The IPN8710 corrosion-resistant coating possesses chemical properties that resist acid, alkali, salt, oxidizing agents, and steam corrosion. It also features physical characteristics such as a dense structure, strong permeability, adhesion, toughness, and fullness. The IPN8710 corrosion-resistant coating can be divided into two types, as shown below:
IPN8710 Corrosion-Resistant Coating-1 is composed of polyurethane polyethylene, modified epoxy resin, additives, and rust-proof pigments. It cures into an interpenetrating network at room temperature, resulting in a dense film structure that is highly resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and boasts excellent corrosion protection with a strong adhesion; this IPN8710 coating is commonly used as the anti-corrosion primer for the interior walls of water supply pipelines.
2. IPN8710 Anticorrosive Coating 3 is composed of epoxy resin, modified rubber resin, rust-inhibiting pigments, additives, etc. It features chemical inertness and a series of antimicrobial corrosion resistance, primarily used as the topcoat in anticorrosive coatings for water supply pipelines.
Is the IPN8710 anticorrosive coating only for water supply pipelines? What a great question! While IPN8710 is primarily used for water supply pipelines, it's not limited to them. This corrosion-resistant coating also finds applications in submerged underground structures and pier steel piles.
The IPN8710 corrosion-resistant coating is a two-component product made by grinding and fine filtering polyurethane resin, modified epoxy resin, rust-inhibiting pigments, and additives. Its film has excellent flexibility, superior adhesion, and rust and corrosion resistance. Therefore, in addition to its application on water supply pipelines, it is also suitable for underground immersed structures and pier steel piles in various soil conditions. However, we can see that the main application environment of IPN8710 corrosion-resistant coating is still related to water. It is a special corrosion-resistant coating with rust-inhibiting properties. In summary, the IPN8710 corrosion-resistant coating is not only used for water supply pipelines.
IPN8710 Corrosion-Resistant Paint Precautions:
The storage of IPN8710 anti-corrosion paint should be in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry location, isolated from fire and kept away from heat sources.
2. This product (IPN8710 Corrosion-Resistant Paint) is a thick paste-type coating suitable for thick film applications. It is designed for easy flow, and can be used directly after adding a thinner upon opening the drum.
3. The IPN8710 anti-corrosion paint may settle over time, so please stir it well before use if stored for extended periods.
After the IPN8710 anti-corrosion primer has dried on the surface, the topcoat can be applied. The interval at room temperature should not exceed two days. Otherwise, it may affect the adhesion between the primer and the topcoat.
