Screw rotor design features
1. Achieves complete "face-to-face" engagement, facilitating the formation of a fluid dynamic lubrication film, reducing lateral leakage through the contact band, and enhancing compressor efficiency; as well as improving the processing and inspection performance of the rotor.
Two, employing the design philosophy of "large rotor, large bearing, and low speed," the rotation speed is 30-50% lower than other brands. This can reduce noise and vibration, lower exhaust temperature, enhance rotor rigidity, extend service life, and decrease sensitivity to impurities and oil carbonates.
Three, power range of 4~355KW, where 18.5~250KW are directly coupled without a gearbox, with 200KW and 250KW featuring 4-pole motor direct coupling, the speed as low as 1480 RPM.
