Basic requirements for scaffolding construction: 1. Erection, maintenance, dismantling, and other operations. All operations above 2 meters are considered high-altitude operations, and the regulations for high-altitude operations should be strictly followed. 2. Personnel engaged in construction, maintenance, and demolition must be familiar with the relevant basic technical knowledge and hold a certificate to work. 3. Erection, maintenance, dismantling and other work should be avoided as much as possible at night. If night work is necessary, there should be sufficient lighting on site, and the height of night erection should not exceed the second level high-altitude operation standard (below 15m).
