The noise emitted by steam emissions related to thermal equipment, such as steam emissions, far exceeds the values specified in China's "Industrial Enterprise Noise Health Standards". Therefore, our steam exhaust muffler series products are mainly used for effective noise reduction of steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in industrial sectors such as power generation, chemical industry, metallurgy, and textiles. According to different purposes, there are several forms as follows:
1. Boiler ignition exhaust muffler (TB) type
To suppress the noise emitted by high-pressure steam flow, there are currently various forms of mufflers in the world, most of which use multi-stage throttling to reduce pressure. Due to their complex structure, large weight, and difficulty in disassembly and maintenance, their application scope is limited. The muffler of this structure overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks.
This type of steam exhaust muffler system is designed based on a reasonable noise reduction principle. High pressure steam enters the pressure reducing body through a large volume expansion after passing through a flow control system in the exhaust muffler, forming low-pressure steam that is then sprayed out. During this process, some of the internal energy in the steam flow is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is greatly reduced, it often remains higher than the standard value due to factors such as exhaust deviation from the design value. For this purpose, a double-layer structure soundproof cover was designed outside the pressure reducing body, which was designed based on the spectral characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure reducing body to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs as required, the total noise reduction should reach 36-50 decibels.
2. Steam safety valve silencer (TA type)
As is well known, for safety valves of thermal devices such as boilers, the exhaust steam should not only avoid excessive noise, but also allow the steam flow to be smoothly discharged. Therefore, the commonly used multi-stage throttling and small hole injection noise reduction methods in the past should not be used. This limitation has always been a design difficulty for safety valve exhaust silencers, and it is also the reason for the poor noise reduction effect of safety valve exhaust silencers. The muffler of the safety valve also adopts the noise reduction principle of resistance, spray, and resistance, in which a large hole expansion is used instead of a smaller diameter control hole, which further strengthens the noise reduction mechanism of resistance, spray, and resistance in structure, achieving the ideal noise reduction effect.
3. Low pressure steam muffler (TD type)
Various industrial and mining enterprises use a large number of low-pressure boilers with a pressure of 1.6 MPa or less, and there are also a large number of low-pressure thermal devices in the power plant thermal system, such as back pressure steam turbines, deaerators, auxiliary gas compressors, steam turbine oil pumps, boiler continuous discharge, and periodic discharge expanders. The exhaust pipe of the above equipment requires a lightweight structure and a more convenient installation of a silencer. Our factory has designed deaerator series, back pressure steam turbine series, and other series of products for different noise reduction objects, which can meet the requirements of users.
