1Structural type of blast furnace pressure reducing valve release muffler
The blast furnace pressure reducing valve release muffler is manufactured with a combination structure. In order to prevent blockage, a layer of small hole noise reduction is used, surrounded by resistive sheet noise reduction devices. The internal of the release muffler is cleaned by blowing coal dust, and is equipped with blowing devices, manholes, and sound absorption structures for flexible replacement. The entire series can be matched with different specifications of gas pressure reducing valve groups.
2、 Scope of application of blast furnace pressure reducing valve release muffler
The blast furnace pressure reducing valve release muffler is mainly used to control the airflow noise caused by the pressure reducing valve group in the blast furnace gas dust removal fan.
Gas flow rate: 200000 to 700000 m3/h; Applicable pressure: 0.01-0.013MPa.

4Scope of Application
It is mainly suitable for controlling the dynamic noise generated by the uniform pressure release of gas at the top of blast furnaces, and is applicable to blast furnaces of 1000, 1200, 1350, 2500, 3000, 4000m3, etc.
