1、 First, clean the mold with detergent, then dry the moisture in the mold and apply a layer of release agent.
2、 The normal ratio of silicone and silicon oil for transfer printing is determined according to the customer's requirements. If the customer requires a large printed pattern area and a soft rubber head is needed, additional silicon oil should be added. On the contrary, for those that require high hardness of the rubber head, silicone oil should not be added or added less. Generally, the hardness of the transfer printing rubber head is suitable between 15A~-25A °. If the amount of silicone oil added is too large and the rubber head is too soft, the number of printing times will be limited. Even the best quality of silicone oil will be destroyed by the silicone oil, resulting in its molecular weight being damaged, leading to wear resistance, solvent resistance, and aging.
3、 The normal ratio is as follows: 100g of silicone oil is added to 30g of silicone oil, which is suitable for transfer printing alloy cars and products with small patterns and relatively small contact areas. If a large pressure contact surface is required or a soft rubber head is needed, the ratio of silicone oil to silicone oil can range from 100:30 to 100:50. However, it should be noted that the larger the amount of silicone oil added, the softer the rubber head, and the number of transfer printing times, wear resistance, and solvent resistance will be reduced. The number of transfer printing products will also be correspondingly reduced, resulting in increased costs and waste of raw materials.
4、 The dosage of curing agent and the chemical reaction of silicone are as follows: Take 100g of silicone oil and 50g of silicone oil, then mix and stir. After the silicone oil and silicone oil are thoroughly stirred, add curing agent at 2% -3% of the total weight of silicone oil and silicone oil, stir for 2-3 minutes, and then evacuate. The evacuation time is generally not more than 10 minutes. If the evacuation time is too long, the gel will solidify quickly, which will affect the quality of the poured gel.
