Polymer moisture-proof sealing material is a new type of environmentally friendly moisture-proof sealing agent specially used for outdoor terminal boxes, mechanism operation boxes, electric knife switch boxes, high and low voltage switchgear, control unit cabinets, outdoor ring main unit cabinets and other cabinets. It has the characteristics of low viscosity, good fluidity, and easy penetration, effectively preventing small animals from entering the enclosed cabinet from underground, thereby reducing safety hazards and achieving sealed moisture-proof inside the cabinet. It can prevent humid air from cable interlayers or channels from penetrating into the cabinet, providing a strong protective barrier for production and operation equipment.

Usage process:

1. First, make a budget for the amount of materials used. The density of the polymer moisture-proof sealing agent is between 1.15-1.18, and the thickness is generally 0.8-1 cm. The range of usage per square meter is about 11KG.

2. Do a good job in sealing the sealing surface of the box to prevent the sealing agent from leaking out of the leak and causing waste; Generally, silver electric tape or fireproof mud is used to seal the areas with leaks, and then excess lines are neatly arranged with tape;

3. Mix agent A with a flashlight for 20-30 seconds to prevent settling, then add agent B to agent A and mix for about 60 seconds. Apply to the target area, and the regular operating time for the sealing agent is 20-30 minutes (adjustable), which can be automatically leveled; If the box area is large, a scraper or brush can also be used to accelerate the spreading speed of the sealing agent.

4. Waiting for the sealing agent to undergo vulcanization molding, with a preliminary vulcanization molding time of 1.5-2 hours and a complete vulcanization molding time of 24 hours.

PS: During construction, attention should be paid to sealing off leaks to avoid missing sealing agent materials and causing waste. Due to the influence of environmental temperature and humidity on the operation time of the sealing agent, it is recommended to conduct a small test before use. If the operation time needs to be extended, the proportion of B agent can be adjusted to 10:0.8, not less than 0.7 (the proportion of B agent should not exceed 1 as excessive addition can accelerate the reaction time of AB agent and deteriorate its fluidity), in order to avoid affecting the vulcanization effect.

Notes:

1. The rubber material should be stored in a sealed manner. The mixed adhesive should be used up at once to avoid waste.

2. This product is non hazardous, but should not be ingested or seen. If it accidentally enters the mouth or eyes, it should be cleaned with clean water in a timely manner.

3. After being stored for a period of time, the colloid may become layered. Please stir evenly before use, it will not affect the performance.
