Working principle of dust collector:

      The pulse filter cartridge dust collector is equipped with an air inlet, filter cartridge, air outlet, air bag, pulse controller, spray valve, spray pipe, etc. The filter cartridge is made by folding and rolling polyester fibers, with its lower end closed and its upper center facing the lower opening of the spray tube. After the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, the airflow velocity slows down, and coarse particles leave the settling dust collection chamber. Fine dust is stopped on the surface of the filter cartridge when passing through it with the airflow, and clean gas is discharged through the air outlet.

        When the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge is thick, the pulse controller sends a command to open the spray valve. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed out at high speed through the spray tube, while inducing several times the amount of surrounding air to enter the filter cartridge and quickly shoot out from the inside out. The dust on the surface of the filter cartridge is blown down into the dust collection chamber and discharged from the ash hopper.

         The dust collector adopts pulse blowing method for dust cleaning, which not only achieves thorough dust cleaning but also does not damage the filter cartridge, ensuring the service life of the filter cartridge. The dust cleaning process is automatically controlled by a pulse controller, which can be controlled by pressure difference or time.
