The zeolite rotary wheel concentration adsorption device utilizes a continuous temperature dependent adsorption and desorption process of adsorption concentration desorption to concentrate low concentration and high air volume production system waste gas into high concentration and low air volume concentrated gas. Its device characteristics are suitable for processing exhaust gases with high air volume, low concentration, and multiple VOC components.
VOCsAfter being concentrated by a hydrophobic zeolite wheel, the exhaust gas can be effectively adsorbed onto the zeolite, achieving the purpose of purifying the exhaust gas. After zeolite adsorption, volatile organic substances and odors are removed from the exhaust gas, and the purified exhaust gas meets the emission standards. The rotary wheel continues to rotate at a speed of 1-6 revolutions per hour, while transferring the adsorbed volatile exhaust gas to the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, a small stream of heated gas is used to desorb volatile agricultural production system substances. The wheel that adsorbs the production system substances desorbs in this zone, and the production system substances adsorbed on the wheel are separated and desorbed. The desorbed zeolite wheel rotates again to the adsorption zone through the cooling zone, continuously adsorbing volatile production system gases. During the desorption process, the concentrated exhaust gas is sent to an incinerator for combustion and conversion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are then emitted into the atmosphere.
