Zeolite rotary catalytic combustion
The zeolite concentration rotary device combined with catalytic combustion device is a process device with technical potential for treating high air volume and low concentration volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It can concentrate low concentration VOCs by 15-20 times or more into high concentration VOCs, and the concentrated high concentration VOCs can be desorbed with a very small air volume. The organic molecules being processed must not contain elements such as phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen, lead, mercury, arsenic, and halogens.
This system is an alternative product of zeolite concentration rotary kiln+thermal storage incinerator (RTO), mainly composed of pretreatment device, zeolite concentration rotary kiln device, catalytic purification device, fan, chimney, etc. It overcomes the high temperature required for RTO combustion exhaust gas, utilizes the porous adsorption of zeolite molecular sieve and under the action of catalyst at a temperature of 300-400 ℃, oxidizes C and H compounds in organic components into harmless CO2, H2O, etc., while also saving energy.
