Floor composition
The steel anti-static floor is made of alloy cold-rolled steel plate, which is stretched and spot welded to form. After phosphating, the exterior is treated with electrostatic spraying, and the interior is filled with foam cement. The upper surface is pasted with high wear and anti-static veneer (HPL) or PVC veneer, and conductive edge strips are embedded around it. **According to the carrying capacity, it is generally divided into ultra light, light, standard, and heavy types. **Among them, HPL represents the anti-static fireproof board of trioxypolyurethane, and PVC represents the conductive floor tile.
System Assembly
The system assembly consists of a floor, truss beams, and supports. The truss and its adjustable support are connected by screws to form a stable lower support system, and the floor is embedded into the grid formed by the truss.
