Steel cable trunking network floor
Introduction:
Network flooring is a type of flooring specifically designed to adapt to modern office environments and facilitate network cabling. Also known as wiring floor or netfloor cablefloor in foreign countries
The product types are divided into: all steel OA network flooring (divided into two types: with cable tray and without cable tray)
Product features: Low height, easy installation, naturally formed wiring slots, and more space saving than traditional elevated floors. Carpet or other surface layers are required on the network floor, which is suitable for large office spaces such as office buildings.
Due to the inherent characteristics of this network floor, it overcomes the shortcomings of existing floor cable solutions and adapts well to the requirements of fast network changes, multiple entry and exit ports, high and low office floors, anti-static, and flame retardant. Therefore, it is very suitable for large office buildings, computer rooms, intelligent buildings, securities halls, financial institutions, research institutions, broadcasting centers, postal and telecommunications, communication sites, telecommunications teaching, advertising printing, conference centers, media production, commercial websites, electric transportation, etc. Its application will undoubtedly promote the further development of high-tech technology.
Key points of construction
1. The installation of network flooring is a later process in indoor decoration, and the suspended ceiling must be completed before laying the network flooring. The network floor of the open trunking can be laid and wired as needed.
2. The network floor can be cut or sawed, and the columns, corners, and curved surfaces of the room can be paved. Due to the large number of cables leading out of the electrical box, when entering the network floor, a section of bus steel cover plate should be paved first to disperse the cables.
3. The outgoing lines in the network floor can be connected to the matching junction box (which contains strong and weak electrical sockets) or to the strong and weak electrical sockets fixed on the aluminum buckle plate under the office partition or furniture on the cover plate. When furniture changes, the outlet of the junction box can be moved to a new location.
4. Grounding cables that connect to the main grounding electrode can be arranged in the cable tray for equipment grounding and separate grounding of the computer.
Maintenance and Repair
1. During the transportation of network flooring, violent collisions and squeezing should be avoided to prevent damage to the network flooring.
2. Avoid contact with highly corrosive liquids or gases that may cause damage to the network floor.
3. During the use of internet flooring, do not place heavy objects that exceed the load-bearing capacity of the flooring directly on top of it.
4. Try to avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight on the floor, which can cause it to age and deteriorate, affecting the service life of the network floor.
5. During the cleaning and maintenance process of the floor, it is recommended to use volatile detergents to clean the surface of the network floor. It is strictly prohibited to use hard objects such as iron brushes to clean the floor.
