If the goods are delivered to our company and there is a label on the outer packaging, if there is no label number, the warehouse will reject the goods, and if there is any confusion or loss of goods, our company will not be responsible. Delivery only goes downstairs, not upstairs; If the delivery driver needs to deliver the goods upstairs or into the warehouse, the recipient should negotiate with the driver themselves.

If the customs inspects the container due to the customer underreporting or concealing the goods, the responsibility and expenses incurred shall be borne by the shipper.
