Generally, the substrate is made of polymer film material, and the strain material is high-purity constantan. The constantan on the substrate is etched with resistance grid wires of different induced deformations after optical treatment. Therefore, the quality of resistance strain gauges is not only related to the substrate material and the purity of the composite metal, but also to factors such as the composite process, etching technology and process, etching chemical materials and post-treatment processes and materials.
Is the length of the connecting rod after reinstalling the sensor consistent with the original length, and we also need to ensure that the transmission lever is horizontal and the connecting rod is perpendicular to the transmission lever at a 90 degree angle. If there is a deviation, it will affect the accuracy and sensitivity of the scale. If the length of the connecting rod is too long, there will be a phenomenon of "weighing up". The measurement range of the sensor is 0~range. If it is a tension compression bidirectional force sensor, the measurement range is from the full range of tension (compression) force to the full range of compression (tension) force.
Relative accuracy: Relative accuracy is based on the rated range. For the same type of sensor, the relative accuracy is generally the same. For example, a sensor with an accuracy of 0.3% R.O. has an accuracy level of 0.3% for ranges of 100kg and 2t.

Usually, it is desirable to have a higher sensitivity of the pressure sensor within its linear range. Because only when the sensitivity is high, the value of the output signal corresponding to the measured change is relatively large, which is beneficial for signal processing. However, it should be noted that the sensitivity of the sensor and external noise unrelated to the measurement can easily mix in, and it can also be amplified by the amplification system, thereby affecting the measurement accuracy.
