Four-column hydraulic press suitable for pressing various plastic materials, such as stamping, bending, flanging, and more. It can also be used for straightening, assembly, abrasive wheel forming, plastic products, rubber products, and powder products.
The four-column hydraulic press main unit features a three-beam, four-column structure. The hydraulic system utilizes an integrated valve oil circuit, while the electrical system is controlled by relays or PLC circuits. It offers adjustable and semi-automatic operation modes. The whole machine is simple, compact, and economically reasonable in structure, with reliable operation and long service life. It features minimal hydraulic impact force, reducing pipe connections and leaks.
The four-column hydraulic press allows for adjustable working pressure, pressing speed, and stroke range, all within specified limits to meet process requirements. It can operate in both constant pressure and constant stroke modes. In the constant pressure molding process, there is a pressure holding delay and automatic return after pressing. The working platform is equipped with an ejection device in the middle, which, in addition to ejecting finished products, can also serve as a hydraulic pad for the forming process of stretched products.
