1. The new external suspension system requires no wall penetration installation, thus preventing damage to concrete beam and slab structures and ensuring no water leakage.
2. W-beam material consumption reduced; average usage of 1.5 meters is sufficient to lower procurement costs.
3. Materials other than plastic prefabricated parts are reusable.
Usage Instructions:
After the floor concrete pouring is completed, wait for 18 hours after the floor concrete pouring (adjustable according to the temperature), install the I-beam with steel plate on one side at the pre-buried pipe location of the floor, insert M20#10.9 grade high-strength bolts through the holes in the I-beam steel plate and the pre-buried steel sleeve, add a 80mm×80mm×8mm steel plate on the back with flat washers, spring washers, and nuts tightened.
On the upper layer's outer wall, outer beam, and corresponding position to the I-beam, pre-bury a steel sleeve (the pre-burying method is the same as the I-beam sleeve). After the concrete pouring of the upper layer is completed, begin to install the steel tie rod, which is divided into two sections. One with a rectangular steel plate is installed on the upper floor's edge beam, and one with a round head steel plate is installed on the I-beam hanger plate. All connection points are connected with M20#10.9 grade high-strength bolts; then, tighten the turnbuckle bolts to form a triangular force system.
How to use the new suspended scaffold?
1. Determine the placement of plastic embeds and installation bolts.
2. Remove the installation bolts and gaskets after demolding and install double-ended high-strength bolts.
3. Place the I-beam in position and secure it with nuts.
4. Erect steel pipe scaffolding.
5. The same method is used to pre-bury and install bolts during the formwork support of upper beam plates.
6. After demolding, assemble the rod and adjust to the proper length, then secure with a pivot pin.
