Product Overview
Unsulfonated poly sulfone (PSU) is a class of aromatic non-crystalline high-performance thermoplastic industrial plastic that contains sulfone groups in its molecular main chain. It is prepared by dissolving bisphenol A in a concentrated solution of sodium hydroxide, where the produced water is removed through distillation at 160 degrees to remove moisture, prevent hydrolysis, which is crucial for obtaining high molecular weight poly sulfone. Using dimethyl sulfoxide as a solvent and inert gas protection, a nucleophilic substitution reaction is carried out between sodium bisphenol and dichlorobisphenol sulfone, resulting in poly sulfone.

Polysulfone Plastic Shredder Structure
The main structure of the polysulfone plastic shredder consists of an electric motor, a connecting body, and a pump housing. The feeding port of the equipment is typically designed at a horizontal position on the housing, with the outlet facing upwards.
