A ceramic cutting machine that uses a motor to directly drive the blade for cutting ceramics. A type of electric desktop tool. Utilizing the high-speed rotation of the motor, it drives the blade for high-speed linear cutting. This achieves the effect of cutting hard decorative materials like ceramics without chipping the edges.

The method is as follows:
Straight cut
Adjust the cutting head to make the blade and worktable perpendicular. Secure the blade angle with the locking handle. The up and down position of the blade relative to the worktable can be adjusted using a pair of limit bolts, as shown in the figure below. Then, place the stone or other building materials flat on the worktable. Turn on the switch, the blade rotates, and the water pump starts to pump water. Push the worktable forward to cut the material on the table as required.

45-degree chamfered cut
The machine features a rotatable cutting head, capable of making 45-degree cuts. Please first rotate the head to 45 degrees as shown in the left figure, then tighten the locking handle, aligning the blade with the cutting material. Push the worktable forward to perform the 45-degree cut.
