A compact septic tank produced with new technology is a three-chambered fiberglass septic tank. Made from high-strength glass fiber and high-performance additives, the product features SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) as its base material, formed by a large four-column hydraulic press. The tank is divided into an upper lid and a lower base with a cylindrical structure, sealed in the middle with a gasket and secured with bolts for easy assembly.
Glass Reinforced Plastic (SMC) Septic Tank Structure
A three-chambered glass-fiber reinforced plastic septic tank consists of three interconnected sealed compartments separated by partitions, with a volume ratio of 2:1:3. Waste is introduced through an inlet pipe into the first compartment and sequentially overflows into the third compartment. Its hygienic principles include: (1) intermediate chamber separation; (2) sedimentation of worm eggs; (3) facultative anaerobic fermentation, degrading organic matter; (4) the ovicidal effect of decomposition products. After the above processes in the septic tank, waste is finally rendered harmless.
