Vacuum Negative Pressure Control
In conventional UV inkjet coders, controlling the ink through the liquid level can easily lead to nozzle ink leakage and ink absorption, making it unsuitable for adjusting product heights. The U500 system utilizes vacuum negative pressure to control the ink path, ensuring the ink pressure is unaffected by nozzle height, direction, temperature, or ink viscosity, with reliable temperature performance.
Automatic Cleaning
Traditional UV inkjet coders use an external syringe for ink cleaning, which is a cumbersome process, prone to damaging the nozzle, and wasteful of ink. The U500 features an integrated one-button cleaning system.
Constant Temperature Spray Nozzle
The nozzle features an integrated constant-temperature system, adjusting print voltage with temperature for a more stable printing state.
