PE Pipe Heat-Fused Connection Installation Steps:
Hot melt welding involves heating the tube ends with a hot melt welding machine (the hot melt welding temperature is 210+10℃), and after the tube ends have melted, quickly pressing them together while maintaining pressure. Cooling them down achieves the welding purpose. Applicable pipe diameter range: dn≥90mm.
1. Place the two PE pipes that need to be connected simultaneously in the hot melt clamp, (the clamp can be adjusted by changing the clamp block according to the pipe diameter to be installed), and support the other end of each pipe with a pipe bracket to the same level.
2. Use an electric rotating knife to cut the ends of the pipe materials flat, ensuring the contact surfaces of the two pipes fit perfectly.
3. Heat the electric heating plate to 210°C, place it in the middle between the two pipe ends, and operate the electric hydraulic device to ensure both pipe ends are fully in contact with the heating plate for simultaneous heating.
4. Remove the heating plate, then operate the hydraulic unit again to fully align and lock the ends of the two melted pipes together (to prevent rebound).
5. Allow a certain cooling period before releasing, then the operation is complete.
6. Upon completion of construction, the project must pass a pressure test and be approved before it can be covered with soil and put into use.
