Seamless steel tubes are pipes made from a solid piece of metal without any joints on the surface. According to the production method, seamless tubes are categorized into hot-rolled, cold-rolled, cold drawn, extruded, and jacking pipes, among others. In terms of cross-sectional shape, seamless steel tubes are divided into circular and non-circular types, with non-circular shapes including square, elliptical, triangular, hexagonal, pumpkin, star-shaped, and winged pipes. The diameter ranges from 0.3mm to 650mm. Depending on the application, they are classified as thick-walled and thin-walled tubes. Seamless steel tubes are primarily used for oil and gas geological drilling pipes, cracking pipes for petrochemical use, boiler tubes, bearing tubes, and high-precision structural steel tubes for automobiles, tractors, and aviation.
