High-rigidity structure
The machine tool body features an integrated structural design. Major castings such as the base, saddle, worktable, frame, and spindle head are all cast from high-grade cast iron (FC30) and have undergone annealing treatment to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring the stability of the machinery. It also fully utilizes the high precision heavy chip removal capability, shortening the grinding time and improving operational efficiency.
High precision
High-precision machine table tracks feature a double V-shaped track design for stable worktable surfaces. Additionally, the tracks are precision manually etched for long-lasting accuracy. Feeding is smooth and wear-resistant. The worktable track is lubricated independently to prevent inaccuracies caused by track oil overheating.
Highly precision and robust spindle
The spindle is equipped with imported P4 precision bearings, offering low noise, excellent precision, and a spindle runout of 2μ. It features sealed high-speed grease lubrication, low temperature rise, easy maintenance, and can be used for extended periods. The spindle motor utilizes a V3 grade low-vibration motor, ensuring good concentricity and minimal vibration.
◆ Double Screw Mechanism
The front and rear screws utilize Taiwan's precision ball screw, and both feature adjustable sheet metal guards to effectively prevent dust and debris from entering the screws, ensuring long-lasting precision.
◆ Imported Hydraulic Systems
Equipped with a Taiwan-imported hydraulic system, featuring a cooling unit. Low noise and temperature rise. Ensures the machine's accuracy remains stable during prolonged operation.
