The stone笼 mesh is mechanically woven from high corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and ductile low-carbon steel wire, or the aforementioned wire coated with PVC. The box-like structures made from this mesh are known as stone笼 mesh boxes. The diameter of the low-carbon steel wire used varies according to engineering design requirements, generally ranging from 2.0 to 4.0mm, as per ASTM and EN standards. The tensile strength of the stone笼 mesh wire is not less than 38kg/m², and the weight of the metallic coating is typically higher than 245g/m². The diameter of the edge line of the stone笼 mesh sheet is generally larger than the wire diameter. The length of the double-stranded twisting part must be no less than 50mm to ensure that the metallic and PVC coatings on the twisted wire are not damaged.
