1. The housing features a double-layer structure: the outer housing is made of double-layer 5mm steel plates forming a Du frame; the inner housing is made of 4mm steel plates to accommodate two carbon fiber bottles, welded together with a 5mm thick door panel. The two carbon fiber bottles are separated by 8mm steel plates, and the explosion-proof housing has steel plates 9mm thick. 2. The inner layer of the outer housing and the bottom of the housing are equipped with pressure relief holes. In the event of a gas bottle explosion, the expanding compressed air is released through the space between the inner and outer housing and the pressure relief holes at the bottom of the housing, preventing injury to personnel. 3. A door locking mechanism automatically cuts off the filling circuit when the door is opened and reconnects it when the door is closed. 4. Du frame filling bottles with flexible hoses and filling valves; the number of filling bottles can be selected according to the situation. 5. The vent valve includes a vent muffler. 6. The gas bottle holder features a rotating structure with pneumatic springs for easy operation and to reduce the workload on the operator. 7. The low filling height of the gas bottles facilitates operation. 8. A door locking mechanism prevents the door from being opened during filling or in the event of a gas bottle explosion.
