BRQ0.2 Plate Heat Exchanger
The BRQ0.2 Full-Welded Plate Heat Exchanger (hereinafter referred to as the heat exchanger) combines the advantages of high-temperature and high-pressure resistance of tubular heat exchangers with the high heat transfer efficiency of removable plate heat exchangers. It features light weight, high heat transfer coefficient, low resistance, easy-to-clean, and versatile adaptability.
Heat exchangers are primarily composed of plates, end plates, inlet and outlet tube boxes, and end caps, etc.
The plate bundle is composed of alternating adjacent plates arranged at a 180-degree angle and joined by welding to form a channel. Fluid flows through the inlet and outlet flanges in a countercurrent manner within the plates. Due to the wavy ridges on the plates, the fluid continuously changes direction within the channel, creating turbulence, thereby significantly enhancing the heat transfer efficiency.
