Clean panel installation

The installation of inorganic pre-coated panels typically uses mobile scaffolding. In ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the construction scaffolding, it is also necessary to consider:

(1) Distance between the curtain wall, work surface, and axis.

(2) Identify the spacing and location of the control points by referencing the reference surface, and pay attention to line of sight.

(3) Identify the spacing between installation angles by referencing the reference surface.

(4) Horizontal difference from controlled elevation;

When handling inorganic pre-coated panels, lift from both ends simultaneously to prevent damaging the surface oxide film or coating. When installing wall panels, only lift one panel at a time.
