Section II: Technical Description
1. This equipment is a horizontal CNC automatic dedicated machine, featuring the GuangDong 980 three-axis CNC system. Drilling time: 2 minutes per piece (Product: FSJ07010A0-00001 - Rotating Body). It is manually loaded and unloaded, controlled by the CNC switch.
2. Operation Cycle: Manual loading and clamping—Close safety door—Press cycle start—Main shaft rotates—Cooling on—Both main shafts rapid forward—Main shaft feeds and drills—Main shaft rapid retract—Axis stops—Cooling off—Open door and unload—Enter next cycle.
Section 3: Key Structural Features
Base, sliding base, workbench, main spindle box, and other main components are made of HT250 cast iron. The base features a box-like structure with a compact and rational symmetrical rib design, ensuring high rigidity and bending vibration resistance. The X, Y, Z-axis guide rails are designed with rectangular guide ways, effectively guaranteeing rigidity and precision during powerful drilling on the X and Y axes. The base components are cast using resin sand molds and are heat-treated manually, providing assurance for the long-term stability of the machine tool's performance.
2. The X/Y-axis feed utilizes a high-torque servo motor paired with a high-strength TBI ball screw, ensuring quick feed rates, high torque, and resistance, thereby guaranteeing the workshop's efficiency and stability.
3. Feeds in X, Y, and Z directions utilize high-precision, high-torque imported TBI internal recirculating double nut pre-tensioned ball screw with large lead, ensuring high feed speed. The drive motor is directly connected to the ball screw via a flexible coupling, with the feed servo motor directly transferring power to the high-precision ball screw, guaranteeing the machine tool's positioning accuracy and synchronization.
4. The spindle features a central coolant supply cooling structure, with a BT50 spindle taper bore, and the maximum coolant pressure can reach 4 MPa.
5. Steel protective devices are used for the X/Y/Z-axis guides and screws, ensuring the cleanliness of the screws and guides, thereby guaranteeing the transmission accuracy and lifespan of the machine tool.
6. The machine tool exterior is designed with a full-coverage protective structure to prevent coolant splashes, ensuring easy operation and reliable safety.
7. Equipped with a reliable centralized automatic lubrication system, the machine tools are automatically and intermittently lubricated at each lubrication point with timed and measured amounts, allowing the lubrication time to be adjusted according to the working condition.
