Product Introduction

This CNC lathe is specifically designed for manufacturing parts such as cylinders, pistons, rods, guide sleeves, and piston rods for industries like hydraulics, coal machinery, and engineering.

The machine tool features a dual-spindle structure with a center support arranged vertically, facilitating chip removal and workpiece loading/unloading. It also allows for easy observation of the workpiece's processing status during tool setting and machining.

Machining centers feature a 75-degree inclined bed, and the headstock box is cast from high-quality cast iron. The bed layout is rational, making operation and adjustment easy, with good load-bearing conditions. The base includes a chip outlet, with an automatic chip conveyor installed below to facilitate chip removal.

Machining center guideways are rectangular, heat-treated and precisely ground, offering high transmission accuracy, low friction coefficient, strong rigidity, excellent vibration absorption, and improved response speed for the machine tool, thereby extending its service life.

Machine tool spindle with stepless speed and independent spindle unit, featuring a double-row cylindrical roller bearing for the front bearing and a cone hole double-row cylindrical roller bearing for the rear bearing, all selected from high-precision spindle bearings of renowned domestic manufacturers.

Main components of machine tools

1. Bed Frame: Comprising a base and guide rail, featuring a 75-degree oblique guide rail, made from high-strength ductile iron cast with resin sand, its internal rib layout is reasonable. It undergoes two aging treatments to eliminate casting internal stress, ensuring uniform material properties and good precision retention of machine tool guide rails. The downward sloping chip evacuation hole allows iron chips to smoothly flow into the chip conveyor, ensuring excellent stability during machining operations.

2. Headboard cabinet (main shaft box)

The headstock box features an integrated casting structure with a main shaft supported at two points. The front main shaft bearing utilizes matched angular contact bearings. Since the axial positioning is set at the front support, it allows the main shaft to expand rearward due to thermal expansion, thus eliminating the impact of thermal elongation on machine tool accuracy. The bearings are fitted with precision main shaft-specific bearings, featuring a reasonable span design for high rigidity, high rotational accuracy, and low temperature rise performance. High-grade imported lubricating grease is used for bearing lubrication. The front end of the main shaft is equipped with a reliable labyrinth seal, effectively preventing oil leakage and debris from entering the headstock box.

The spindle is driven by the main servo motor through a V-belt, and the transmission mechanism inside the headstock box delivers power to the spindle, achieving the specified torque. An encoder is installed on the headstock box, which, through gear transmission, displays the same rotational speed as the spindle, allowing for programmed feed amounts per revolution and constant linear speed cutting. The main motor has a constant power of 15 kW. The main drive system is designed rationally, enabling stepless speed adjustment, and boasts features such as a wide speed range, high transmission accuracy, excellent power-torque characteristics, high speed, smooth transmission, and a compact structure.

3. Counter shaft housing (tail shaft)

The counter spindle is a rotating tailstock; it also allows for the interchange of hydraulic chucks and centers. The movement of the counter spindle can be manually actuated or programmed for flexible and convenient control; the clamping in the Z-axis of the counter spindle is achieved by a hydraulic cylinder, providing a strong clamping force, stability, and ease of operation.

4. Feeding System

The XYZ axis feed system is driven by an AC servo motor through direct driving of ball screws, achieving stepless speed adjustment for quick movement and feeding. The screws are supported by two sets of ball screw-specific bearings, forming a "fixed-fixed" support method. The ball screws, after pre-tensioning and pre-tension stretching, possess high precision and axial rigidity.

5. Hydraulic Tool Tower: Equipped with a 12-position horizontal hydraulic servo tool tower for machine tools.

6. Hydraulic Center Frame: Features sliding hydraulic drive or electrically controlled movement. Utilizes a hydraulic center frame from a renowned domestic brand, ensuring the machining of the cylinder bore is completed in a single pass on the machine tool.

7. Centralized Lubrication

8. Automatic Chip Removal Device

Chips are discharged through the chip discharge holes on the outer side of the bed into the chain plate automatic chip conveyor, which then transfers them to a small chip collection bin outside the machine, allowing for easy chip removal.

9. CNC System: Utilizes the Guangzhou CNC 988t di CNC system, featuring reliable performance, stability, high control accuracy, LCD display, easy operation, and powerful functions.

Machine tool installation and acceptance

1. Machine Tool Acceptance

1) Upon completion of the machine tool manufacturing, the supplier notifies the buyer. The buyer then sends personnel to the supplier for inspection. The main content of the inspection work is to check the machine tool accuracy according to the record sheet agreed upon in the contract, and the machine tool is deemed qualified upon reaching the accuracy requirements specified in the contract.

2) Upon passing inspection, sign the preliminary acceptance memo and the signature will take effect. (Shipment constitutes acceptance.)

2. Machine Tool Installation

Upon contract effectiveness, the supplier shall promptly provide the machine tool foundation drawing. The buyer shall be responsible for the construction of the machine tool foundation and the placement and power connection of the machine tool based on the supplier's provided foundation drawing. The power line from the power source to the electrical box shall be prepared by the buyer, while the rest shall be prepared by the supplier.
