Introduction

Water-resistant silicone is a non-homogeneous shaped silicone made by further processing of general silicone. It is white or gray, with many microporous granules, insoluble in water, and its main component is SiO2·nH2O.

Usage

1. This product is primarily used for drying and purifying compressed air, as an adsorbent for CO2 in air separation industry, as a carrier for industrial catalysts, and in drying industrial gases, water purification, and other applications. It includes desiccants for various gases, pre-filter drying agents for molecular sieve and silica gel protective beds, catalyst carriers, and ion adsorbents.

2. Air drying, organic gas adsorption in the preparation process of liquid air and liquid oxygen.

3. Liquid adsorbents for petrochemical, electrical, and brewing industries, used as catalyst carriers and for water purification in water treatment.
