Cutting blades are mainly divided into fiber resin cutting blades and diamond cutting blades based on material.
1. Resin cutting blades are made with resin as the binder and glass fiber mesh as the skeleton, combining various materials for excellent cutting performance on difficult-to-cut materials such as alloy steel and stainless steel. Both dry and wet cutting methods ensure greater stability in cutting precision. Additionally, the choice of material and hardness for the cutting blades can significantly enhance your cutting efficiency and save production costs.
2. Diamond cutting blades are a type of cutting tool widely used in processing hard and brittle materials such as stone, concrete, prefabricated panels, new and old roads, ceramics, etc. Diamond cutting blades consist of two main parts: the matrix and the blade. The matrix serves as the primary support for bonding the blade, while the blade is the part that does the actual cutting during use. The blade wears down over time, but the matrix does not. The blade's cutting ability is due to the presence of diamonds, which, being harder than most materials, abrade and cut the workpiece. The diamond particles are encased within the blade by metal.
