Germany SIPOS Actuator
Germany Westbosch SIPOS 5 Flash Series Electric Actuator
German electrical company Siemens produced the world's first electric actuator in 1905, abbreviated as SIPOS. SIPOS has been widely used in various industrial production fields globally. Almost all actuators used in the bypass of electric steam turbines in Chinese power plants are original imported SIPOS. Siemens also sold the production technology of its SIPOS1 series and SIPOS3 series to two Chinese manufacturing plants in 1987 and 1992, respectively.
German SIPOS 5 Flash Features:
Integrated variable frequency inverter, capable of reversing motor direction and controlling the motor.
2 Features a "soft start" function that ensures high-torque starting while keeping the starting current always below the motor's rated current, and guarantees high positioning accuracy.
3 Flexible shut-off feature to avoid collision with the controlled object, reduce wear, extend the service life of the controlled object, while ensuring a complete closure.
4 The control unit can be installed in a split configuration based on on-site requirements.
5 The cases are made of special aluminum alloy, with all external connecting bolts made of stainless steel.
German Siemens & Westbork SIPOS 5 Flash Series Electric Actuator Features:
1 With electronic protection function and automatic correction of power supply phase sequence.
The power supply frequency can be 47~63Hz, and the required 24V DC power for the control unit can be supplied externally or internally.
3 with 4~20mA feedback signal, both "fully open" and "fully closed" stroke limit positions are continuously adjustable.
The 4th shutdown torque can be set by the user within a range of 30% of the maximum output torque (with a setting step of 10%).
5 Within a certain range, the full travel time can be set by the user (set step coefficient to 1.4, with 7 levels to choose from)
The unit can automatically display the operating status of the actuator and is equipped with a fault self-diagnosis function, such as: 4~20mA signal input fault,
Switch input fault, feedback signal failure, power supply failure, potentiometer fault, inverter temperature too high, motor temperature too high, valve stuck, end position setting invalid, etc.
