Surveillance Pole Welding Materials:
1. Complies with current national standards and accompanied by a certificate of compliance. Carbon steel uses E43 welding rods, and the quality of the rods must meet national standards. Absolutely no use of rods with peeling flux, rusted or damp cores, or rusted welding wire. Welding dimensions meet design requirements, with a uniform welding bead on the weld metal surface, free from cracks, slag inclusions, weld spatter, burn-through, or incomplete welding.
Melted, arc pits, and needle-like pores, with no皱纹 or interruptions. The depth of the weld area's penetration must not exceed 0.5mm, and the cumulative total length must not exceed 10% of the total weld length. The weld width should be less than 20mm, with a weld bead excess of 1.5mm to 2.5mm, and the weld angle height should be 6mm to 8mm. The weld angle dimensions must not be smaller than the design size.
2. Corrosion treatment is performed using hot-dip galvanizing. Prior to the treatment, effective rust removal of the steel components is required. The thickness of the hot-dip galvanized layer should not be less than 85um, and the zinc coating should be even. Copper sulfate solution is used as...
During the etching test, there should be no exposed iron in 4 or more instances, and the zinc layer should be firmly bonded to the metal substrate. After hammering tests, the zinc layer should not peel off or bulge. After zinc coating is completed, it should undergo passivation treatment, followed by a 48-hour salt spray test.
The rod passes the inspection. For every 100m rod, the straightness error of its axis measurement does not exceed 0.5‰, and the total length straightness error does not exceed 1‰.
