PE Agricultural Irrigation Pipe Introduction
The inner wall of our PE agricultural irrigation pipes is smooth and maintains its smoothness over time, resulting in low friction resistance and energy savings. The pressure loss is approximately 30% less than that of steel pipes, allowing for smaller diameters to be used. Excellent hygiene properties, with no additives and no risk of contaminating drinking water. The PE material is rated 0 (low grade) according to ISO standards, non-moldy, and has superior mold resistance compared to many commonly used plastics, with no buildup over long-term use.
P.E. pipes are suitable for temperatures not exceeding 40°C and nominal pressures below 1.6 MPa. They are commonly used for pressure water supply in general applications, including municipal underground water supply, building potable (and waste) water supply, agricultural irrigation, and water feature projects.
PE pipe material comprehensive performance and application fields | Temperature resistance | Very low low-temperature brittleness temperature, can be used in the range of -40℃ to 60℃, installation and construction in winter will not cause pipeline brittleness.
Application of PE Agricultural Irrigation Pipe
PE farmland irrigation pipes are suitable for general-purpose pressure water conveyance and the transportation of drinking water.
Primarily used in municipal underground water supply, building water supply (and drainage), agricultural irrigation, and water feature projects. In water supply pipeline projects, PE pipes will eventually replace UPVC pipes.
