Ground Source Heat Pump Pipe
SpecializedPipe materialsA new product made from polyethylene resin as the main raw material, supplemented with necessary antioxidants, UV absorbers, and other additives, and processed through extrusion. It operates at working pressures of 1.0Mpa to 1.6Mpa and temperatures of -20℃ to 40℃, and is suitable for ground-source heat pump systems.
Features
1. PE ground-source heat pump special pipe features high tensile strength, higher pressure-bearing capacity than standard PE water supply pipes, low expansion under load, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, and good resistance to creep.
2. High resilience and flexibility, capable of adapting to uneven foundations and misalignments, and resistant to severe conditions such as earthquakes and typhoons.
3. The raw materials are enhanced with special additives, granting the pipe greater weather resistance (including UV resistance) and long-term thermal stability than standard PE water supply pipes.
4. Highly corrosion-resistant; no anti-corrosion treatment required for conveying media containing antifreeze or other corrosive substances; long service life.
5. Smooth inner wall, low water resistance, high flow resistance, saving construction costs.
6. Excellent wear resistance and abrasion resistance.
7. PE geothermal heat pump special piping material has a thermal conductivity of 0.41 W/m.k, offering excellent thermal conductivity. Additionally, the special piping material boasts good low-temperature impact resistance, allowing for safe use within a temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃, with no impact on winter construction.
8. Electrofusion (or thermal fusion) connections are convenient and reliable, with easy installation and maintenance (water supply can be uninterrupted during the process).
