Feature:
The low-voltage composite switch is a product used in low-voltage reactive power compensation systems for switching capacitors. Its basic working principle involves paralleling a thyristor and a magnetic latching relay, controlled by an internal microcontroller. The thyristor handles zero-crossing switching at the moment of connection and disconnection, followed by the magnetic latching relay to maintain operation. The composite switch offers the advantages of zero-crossing switching without surge current, as well as the low power consumption characteristic of AC contactors.
● Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) Voltage Resistance: The SCR voltage resistance is not less than 2000V, equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, and current surge protection measures.
● Discharge Technology: Capacitance can complete the discharge of residual voltage within 2 seconds.
● Overcurrent Detection Technology for Software: Accurately identifies zero-crossing points and does not issue an input command when harmonics are detected.
