Product Introduction:

VType mixing machine consists of two cylindrical drums.VContainers formed by type welding, with the shape of the containers being asymmetric relative to the axis. Due to the rotational movement, the powdered particles in the inclined cylinder continuously alternate, split, and merge; materials are randomly scattered.VMaterial is transferred from one area to another, simultaneously experiencing slip between particle aggregates, undergoing multiple spatial superpositions. Particles continuously distribute on the newly formed surfaces, repeatedly performing shearing and diffusion movements, ultimately achieving the mixing goal.

VThe principle of operation for the twin-screw mixer: Utilizing the principle that the two cylinders of the mixer have unequal lengths and are asymmetrically arranged, as the mixer rotates, the material changes from decomposition to combination and vice versa, promoting horizontal communication of materials. Each rotation of the lateral force causes a portion of the material to flow from one cylinder to the other, thereby achieving horizontal and radial mixing of the material and allowing decomposition and combination to occur with each other to achieve a uniform mixing effect.
