The KTA152 Mining Safety Coupler features a 19-inch 3U standard rackmount design with a card-based structure, allowing for flexible configuration of card quantities based on actual needs. Each coupler is independent, so a single-coupler failure does not affect others, and a single-card failure does not impact other cards. The mining safety coupler converts pick-up/hang-up signals, dial pulse signals, dual-tone multi-frequency signals, and emergency call signals from intrinsically safe telephones into signals that can be recognized and accepted by dispatching switches. It also converts ringback signals, emergency call signals, and reminder signals from dispatching switches into intrinsically safe signals that can be accepted by the telephones. It converts the supply voltage from dispatching switches into the supply voltage that meets the requirements of intrinsically safe telephones. It transmits two-way voice signals and facilitates the bidirectional conversion of various detection signals between dispatching switches and intrinsically safe telephones.
