Customized Interfaces - Flexible Expansion
Offer an open SDK for easy development of new business features in the system and integration with third-party business platforms.
Robust scheduling and integration capabilities
The Xiaobeng Integrated Communication Dispatch System is a fusion of TDM architecture and IP networks, offering an integrated solution that includes voice dispatch, video联动 scheduling, teleconferencing, SMS notifications, broadcast alerts, trunking intercom dispatch, and gas alarm联动. It supports integration and development with third-party data services, security alarms, emergency response plans, and GIS systems, forming a powerful multimedia communication platform.
Voice Dispatch
Through the dispatch console, you can schedule various types of communication terminals, including analog/IP phones, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, etc., offering features such as individual call, group call, round-robin call, teleconference, force call, force disconnect, auto-answer, eavesdrop, mute, transfer, roll call, and proxy answer.
Video Scheduling
One-Click Dispatch: Allows network cameras or analog cameras to be paired with landlines or mobile phones, etc. When the dispatch console calls the terminal, the system will call up the corresponding monitoring video to the dispatch console, achieving both voice and video integration for command and dispatch functions.

Broadcast Scheduling
Supports features such as voice notifications, public announcements, paging announcements, TTS text-to-speech broadcasting, level announcements, command announcements, scheduled broadcasts, and task process announcements.
In the event of an emergency, an emergency broadcast can be triggered manually with a single click (or automatically). Video interconnection is also supported.
You can pre-set multiple timing broadcast plans, each tailored to different time periods, regions, and featuring different broadcasts.
Leaders or dispatchers can broadcast announcements via landline, mobile phone, or dispatch console, etc. The system supports concurrent broadcasting from multiple sources and microphones.
SMS Scheduling
In routine situations, dispatchers can manually send SMS messages to personnel's mobile devices through the dispatch console. In emergency situations, following the procedures set by the contingency plan, the dispatch system will automatically initiate single or mass SMS distribution.

Cluster Scheduling
Supports mixed networking for both wired and wireless intercom groups. Compatible with various terminals like landlines and mobile phones for intercom communication. Features dial-up interconnectivity and one-touch intercom calling. Supports various models and standards of intercom vehicle stations and handsets. Enables intercom calls to broadcast systems, triggering preset broadcast audio.
Alarm Dispatch
Upon detection of danger, the alarm system automatically sends the alarm signal to the command and dispatch platform (or manually triggers an alarm with one click), where the dispatch console will automatically issue an audio-visual alarm to alert relevant personnel, while the broadcast system simultaneously initiates a danger broadcast warning for the relevant area.

Contingency Scheduling
Upon receiving help or fire alarm notifications, the system activates pre-set response plans, such as: automatically dialing fixed lines or mobile phones of relevant personnel or superiors; sending reminder SMS messages to the relevant individuals; and playing emergency broadcasts, etc.
GIS Geospatial Information System
Using the GIS geographic information system's positioning feature, the locations of various information terminals are identified. On the dispatch console, you can press a button to call the communication terminal at the marked location, and also access the video surveillance bound to the location.

Integrated Field and Survey
Supports unified and hierarchical scheduling. Responsible for daily administrative office communication, production scheduling, emergency dispatch during unexpected events, and monitoring and scheduling of communication terminals for various positions.
Standard IP Networking
Internally: All communication devices or terminals supporting IP protocols can be deployed in any area covered by IP and wireless networks within the system.
Externally: Accessible through IP protocol to the IMS platform, or connect to communication devices elsewhere via IPO. The IP protocol supports centralized and distributed system deployment.
Zone Management
Through zonal management, the dispatch console can categorize terminals by region, facilitating management and control. Zonal management offers greater flexibility, allowing for dynamic adjustments based on actual conditions.
