The tangential speed of the rotor is only 30-36m/s, significantly lower than the typical 60m/s tangential speed of general air compressors. The rotors maintain a 0.003 inch clearance without wear, with a small gap between the teeth, resulting in minimal recirculation loss. This design improves efficiency by 10-12% compared to a 4:6 tooth profile, saves electricity by 20%, and uses Swedish SKF bearings, greatly extending the lifespan of the main unit.
