Heavy-duty warehouse racking is assembled from uprights, crossbeams, diagonal bracing, and self-locking bolts, effectively preventing the rack from becoming unstable due to bolt loosening; the crossbeams are generally made of custom cold-rolled P-shaped closed beams; the custom three-prong hangers are connected to the column brackets. Equipped with L-shaped safety pins, they ensure that the crossbeams will not detach under external impact; the shelf decks use internationally made strip decks, which can also be used directly with pallets. The racks have strong load-bearing capacity, are wear-resistant, easy to replace, and have low maintenance costs.

Heavy-duty warehouse shelves are suitable for manual and forklift loading and unloading of goods, with each level capable of supporting 800kg to over 2 tons. Ideal for storage room inventory use.

Features of Heavy Duty Racking:

1. Heavy-duty warehouse racks are suitable for various industries, offering low costs, safety, and reliability. They are easy to assemble and disassemble, can be used individually, or freely arranged in a master and auxiliary configuration.

2. Heavy-duty warehouse racking columns are assembled with uprights, cross bracing, and diagonal bracing connected by bolts; the columns interlock with P-shaped closed beams to form the racking frame, secured with safety pins for simple and reliable structure; steel deck plates are placed above the beams to create the entire racking. Each level can be adjusted up and down with a 75mm spacing.

3. Heavy-duty shelving can accommodate layer loading requirements based on the beam size, panel thickness, and the number of reinforcing bars. Under conditions where the relative length and material requirements are met, the layer loading can reach up to 2500 kg per layer.

4. Standard heavy-duty shelving typically has posts no taller than 12 meters and can be built with mezzanine shelving on the base.

Heavy-duty货架 production process:

The specifications for the heavy-duty shelf columns are: 55×47×2.0mm dedicated shelf column profiles. They are made by opening steel, automatic rolling, punching, and then cutting to the customer-specified height. The beams are cold-rolled P-shaped closed-section beams, available in three sizes: 50×30, 64×40, and 80×50. They are standard products for shelf manufacturing in the cold bending industry. After purchase, the materials are cut to the customer's dimensions,焊接 special shelf connection columns, and then polished to form semi-finished products.

The heavy-duty shelf decks are made from cold-rolled steel (SPCC), which undergoes leveling, longitudinal cutting, bending forming, and reinforcement welding.

Heavy-duty shelf posts and decks are processed into semi-finished products, then can be subjected to shot blasting and degreasing before being powder coated.

Our products are crafted using cold-rolled steel welding, grinding, and shaping processes, followed by pickling, washing, phosphating, electrostatic painting, and 180-degree high-temperature curing. The craftsmanship is exquisite, and the products are robust and durable.

Structural Features: Made of cold-rolled steel plates, with electrostatic powder coating for corrosion resistance, allows for multiple disassemblies, features snap-on connections, and adjustable spacing to accommodate various storage needs. The beam and shelf combination supports 250KG per level. The pillars are designed with butterfly holes, enabling secure attachment of goods. Can be connected with main and auxiliary racks; a row of shelves requires only one main rack, with the rest being auxiliary racks.

Heavy-duty racks enhance strength and stability through the connection of beams and columns. The height of each shelf can be adjusted up and down by 50mm as needed, with each shelf capable of bearing up to 500kg-800kg when evenly distributed.

Surface Treatment Requirements:

1. Process Flow: Rough Casting → Degreasing → Rust Removal → Surface Treatment → Phosphating → Drying → Electrostatic Powder Coating (or Zinc Plating) → Curing → Packaging

2. Surface treatment is done using electrostatic powder coating with epoxy resin, with a coating thickness of 60~80 micrometers.

3. The adhesion of the electrostatic powder coating meets the 0-level requirement of GB9286.5-88 standard.

4. Hardness (wear resistance) is over 100 times that of ordinary nitrocellulose paint, meaning it passes the 2H pencil test without any scratches.

5. Corrosion resistance (hydrochloric acid test) GB1771-91 over 500 hours.
