The dust-laden gas from the dust collector enters the uniform flow chamber of the dust collector under the action of the centrifugal force of the medium-pressure fan. After entering the uniform flow chamber, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section and the effect of the airflow distribution plate, some coarse particles in the airflow settle directly to the ash bin under the action of dynamic and inertial forces. Fine particles with low density enter various dust-filtering rooms and, through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and sieve filtration, settle on the surface of the filter cores. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber, is exhausted through the exhaust pipe by the fan. The equipment's resistance increases as the thickness of the dust layer on the filter bag surface increases. When the resistance reaches a certain set value, cleaning is performed. At this time, the dust collector's compressed air switch is turned on for an extremely short time through the compression cylinder, causing the cylinder plate to vibrate up and down under the action of the reverse airflow, stripping the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag and falling into the ash bin.
