Shell Material: Cast aluminum, which is stronger than regular aluminum alloys and offers greater lightweighting benefits compared to iron shell fans.
2. Motor Performance: Utilizes a wide-range, wide-voltage motor, including: Single-phase 110V/230V; Industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V; Motor frequency adjustable from 45-60 Hz; IP54 protection class, F insulation grade.
3. Blower Oil Seals: Utilizing MERKEL oil seals, their lip edge temperature is 20~50℃ higher than the working medium temperature during operation compared to general oil seals, offering enhanced stability and longer lifespan.
4. Fan Bearings: Components use SKF or NSK brand bearings. Compared to domestic Luohu or Renben bearings, they offer stable performance and long lifespan, ensuring prolonged operation of the fan.
Usage and Maintenance:
1. The fan should be placed on a level surface, with the surrounding environment being clean, dry, and well-ventilated.
2. The fan blade rotation direction must match the arrow direction indicated on the fan housing.
3. During operation, it is essential to avoid completely blocking the intake and exhaust airways of the fan to prevent excessive heat generation in the fan and overcurrent in the motor, which can lead to damage to the air pump.
4. The fan, excluding the two bearings of the motor rotor, has no direct contact or friction with other parts.
5. Filter screens at both the intake and exhaust ends should be cleaned as needed to prevent blockage and ensure proper use.
6. Bearing Replacement: Replacement of bearings must be performed by someone familiar with repair work. First, loosen the bolts on the pump cover, then disassemble the parts in the order shown, cleaning each part after removal. Reassemble the parts in reverse order. Do not force the impeller out during disassembly; use a puller, and ensure not to miss any shims to avoid affecting the pre-adjusted gaps upon factory shipment.
7. Strictly prohibited: solids, liquids, and corrosive gases from entering the pump housing.
