1. Chassis Material: Die-cast aluminum, which is stronger than regular aluminum alloy and contributes to a lighter design compared to iron shell fans.
2. Motor Performance: Utilizes a wide-range, wide-voltage motor, including single-phase 110V/230V and industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, with a frequency range adjustable from 45-60 Hz. IP54 protection class, F insulation class.
3. Fan Oil Seal: Utilizing MERKEL oil seals, their lip temperature during operation is 20~50℃ higher than the working medium temperature, offering greater stability and longer lifespan compared to standard oil seals.
4. Fan Bearings: Components utilize SKF or NSK brand bearings, compared to domestic Luoyang or Renben bearings, offering stable performance and longer lifespan, ensuring long-term operation of the fan.
Usage and Maintenance:
1. The fan should be placed on a relatively flat surface, with a clean, dry, and well-ventilated surrounding environment.
2. The fan blade rotation direction must match the arrow direction marked on the fan housing.
3. During operation, it is essential to prevent the intake and exhaust openings of the fan from being completely sealed to avoid excessive heat generation in the fan and overcurrent in the motor, which could lead to damage to the air pump.
4. The fan, excluding the two bearings of the motor rotor, has no direct contact or friction in other parts.
5. The air intake and exhaust filters should be cleaned as needed to prevent clogging and ensure proper usage.
6. Bearing Replacement: Replacement of bearings should be performed by a person familiar with the repair process. First, loosen the bolts on the pump cover, then disassemble the components in the order shown. Clean the removed parts and reassemble them in reverse order. When disassembling, do not force the impeller; use a puller to remove it. Also, do not forget the adjustment shims to avoid affecting the pre-adjusted clearance upon shipment.
Do not allow solids, liquids, or corrosive gases to enter the pump housing.
