Configuration:
Shell Material: Die-cast aluminum, which is stronger than regular aluminum alloy and offers better lightweight properties compared to iron shell fans.
2. Motor Performance: Utilizes a wide-frequency, wide-voltage motor, including: Single-phase 110V/230V, Industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, etc. The motor frequency can be adjusted to 45-60Hz. IP54 protection rating, F insulation class.
3. Fan Oil Seal: Utilizes MERKEL oil seals, which have a lip temperature 20~50℃ higher than the working medium temperature compared to general oil seals, offering greater stability and longer lifespan.
4. Fan Bearings: Components use SKF or NSK brand bearings, compared to domestic Luoyang or Renben bearings, they offer stable performance and long lifespan, ensuring the fan operates for an extended period.
Usage and Maintenance:
1. The fan should be placed on a relatively flat surface, with the surrounding environment being clean, dry, and well-ventilated.
The fan blade must rotate in the same direction as the arrow indicated on the fan housing.
3. When the fan is in operation, prevent the intake and exhaust openings from being completely sealed to avoid excessive heat generation in the fan and overcurrent in the motor, which may damage the air pump.
4. The fan, except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, has no direct contact or friction in other parts.
5. The air filters at both ends of the inlet and outlet should be cleaned in a timely manner as needed to prevent clogging and ensure proper use.
6. Bearing Replacement: Replacement of bearings should be performed by someone familiar with the repair process. First, loosen the bolts on the pump cover, then disassemble the parts in the order shown, cleaning each part after removal. Reassemble the parts in reverse order. Do not force the impeller out during disassembly; use a puller. Ensure not to miss any shims to avoid affecting the pre-adjusted clearances upon factory delivery.
7. Absolutely prohibit solids, liquids, and corrosive gases from entering the pump body.
