Shell Material: Die-cast aluminum, which is stronger than regular aluminum alloys and offers better lightweighting than iron shell fans.

2. Motor Performance: Utilizes a wide-range, wide-voltage motor, including single-phase 110V/230V and industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, with a frequency adjustable from 45-60Hz. IP54 protection rating, F insulation class.

3. Fan Oil Seal: Utilizes MERKEL oil seals, which have lips at a temperature 20~50℃ higher than the working medium temperature compared to general oil seals, ensuring greater stability and longer lifespan.

4. Fan Bearings: Components use SKF or NSK brand bearings. Compared to domestic Luoyang or Renben bearings, they offer stable performance and long lifespan, ensuring the fan operates for a long duration.

Usage and Maintenance:

1. The fan should be placed on a flat surface, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and well-ventilated.

2. The fan blade rotation direction must match the arrow direction indicated on the fan housing.

3. During operation, avoid completely blocking the intake and exhaust air openings of the fan to prevent excessive heat generation in the fan and overcurrent in the motor, which may damage the air pump.

4. The fan, excluding the two bearings of the motor rotor, has no direct contact or friction with other parts.

5. The air filter at both the intake and exhaust ends should be cleaned as needed to prevent clogging and ensure proper usage.

6. Bearing Replacement: Replacement of bearings should be performed by someone familiar with repair work. First, loosen the screws on the pump cover, then disassemble the components in the order shown. The removed parts should be cleaned and reassembled in reverse order. Do not force the impeller out during disassembly; use a puller. Ensure not to miss any shims to avoid affecting the pre-adjusted gaps upon delivery.

7. Absolutely no solids, liquids, or corrosive gases are allowed to enter the pump body.
