Shell Material: Cast aluminum, which is stronger than conventional aluminum alloys and offers a lightweight advantage compared to iron shell fans.
2. Motor Performance: Utilizes a wide-range, wide-voltage motor, including: Single-phase 110V/230V, Industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, etc. Motor frequency adjustable from 45-60Hz, IP54 protection rating, F insulation class.
3. Fan Oil Seals: Utilizing MERKEL oil seals, their lip temperature is 20~50℃ higher than the working medium temperature compared to general oil seals, offering more stable performance and longer lifespan.
4. Fan Bearings: Components use SKF or NSK brand bearings, compared to domestic Luohu or Renben bearings, they offer stable performance and long lifespan, ensuring prolonged operation of the fan.
Usage and Maintenance:
1. The fan should be placed in a relatively flat area, with a clean, dry, and well-ventilated surrounding environment.
2. The fan blade must rotate in the same direction as the arrow indicated on the fan housing.
3. When the fan is in operation, avoid completely blocking the intake and exhaust air openings to prevent excessive heat generation in the fan and overcurrent in the motor, which may damage the air pump.
4. The fan, excluding the two bearings of the motor rotor, has no direct contact or friction in other parts.
5. The air intake and exhaust filters at both ends should be cleaned as needed to prevent clogging and ensure proper use.
6. Bearing Replacement: Replacement of bearings should be performed by someone familiar with the repair process. First, loosen the bolts on the pump cover, then disassemble the components in the order shown. Clean the removed parts and reassemble them in reverse order. Do not force the impeller off; use a puller to remove it, and ensure not to miss any shims to avoid affecting the pre-adjusted clearances upon factory shipment.
7. Strictly prohibited: solids, liquids, and corrosive gases from entering the pump body.
